The FISH Student Housing initiative was developed in response to the escalating cost of living and the pressing need for skilled workers in the region. By offering affordable housing options to students, the program aims to break the cycle of generational poverty and empower individuals to improve their futures through education. The program offers 1 and 2-bedroom units, available furnished or unfurnished, with internet, utilities, and in-unit washers and dryers included. The housing is pet-friendly at no extra cost and accepts HUD vouchers, providing additional financial support for those who qualify. Additional outdoor amenities include a playground, BBQ area, and dog run, enhancing the community experience.
